SERVICE– En ty that combines all the service terms provided within this
service (Example: Revolving credit line with Grace period 55 days)
SERVICE TERMS (A ributes) – Service term provided to the customer
(Example : Overdue penalty = 10 USD)
CONTRACT – Unique ID that links customer with the product. Contract is
linked with the printed and signed form of contract.
