– Unique ID that links customer with the product.
CONTRACT
Contract can be linked with the printed and signed form of
contract.
PRODUCTS are built in PRODUCT HIERARCHY
PARAMETERS INHERITANCE from SERVICE to PRODUCT level and
within the product hierarchy.
